Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are delivered within 4–5 working days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 4,000
Rs. 250 flat delivery charge on orders below Rs. 4,000

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD nationwide. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Updates
You'll receive confirmation and dispatch updates via WhatsApp/SMS once your order is placed and shipped.

Delays
While we aim to meet the timelines above, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, weather, or public holidays.
