Exchange & Refund Policy — Sparel Homes

No Questions Asked Exchanges
We want you to love your Sparel Homes bedding. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a no-questions-asked exchange — no need to explain why, just reach out and we'll take care of it.

Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange
Message us on WhatsApp at 03373514256 with your order number and what you'd like to exchange it for. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Condition for Exchange

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Original packaging must be intact

Return Shipping
Once your exchange is approved, please courier the item back to us at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.

Exception — Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We'll arrange the return pickup and replacement entirely free of cost — no charge to you.

Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, your exchange will be completed within 10 business days.

Refunds
Since most orders are COD, refunds (where applicable, e.g. if a replacement isn't available) are processed via bank transfer within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Non-Exchangeable Items
Clearance/final sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
